Sample of problem and solution essay



Sample question : The moment of people from agricultural areas to cities to work can cause serious problems in both places.  What are the serious problems and what measures can be taken to solve this problem?

Sample Answer:

 In this fast growing world, the migration of masses from agrarian regions to urbanization world for employment can create grave troubles in both villages and cities. This essay will first delve the major problem caused by this situation is load on infrastructure and providing resources or facilities and then balanced growth as  some ways forward with a reasoned conclusion.

The foremost problem caused by to cities, this turn up the pressure on the resources such as land, water , and infrastructure like public transport  health care and law order etc. This leads to encroachment of pavements and creation of slums, which further leads to the paucity of water and other natural resources by increase in consumption and disturbed the infrastructure. Nonetheless, there is also a sharp growth in urban traffic and the system of the cities get choked frequently. Delhi, The capital city of India is the prime example, where people come from different regions of the nation and the people facing water problems, residential problems and roads are always blocked of traffic and drainage problems.

The solutions are not simple. What must be understood is that we cannot stop urbanization as urbanization is synonyms with progress. Growth of city is not bad, but unplanned and imbalanced growth is bad. So we must take into the mind the importance of balanced growth of city and rural areas Strengthened the linkages of rural- urban city improves the situation very much. This will reduce the creation of slums and maintain the supply of resources, so the people would not shift to cities. For instance, Chandigarh is considered as worth living city because there is balanced development between the surrounded rural areas and the city.

In conclusion, the scarcity of resources and disturbance of infrastructure, transportation facility is one of the major challenges that urban cities faces on the immigrants from countryside area, but the solution of these problem is balanced and planned growth of both rural and urban area so that people can get the employment in their town and avail the best resources.
