How to write THESIS and OUTLINE in introduction part ?

THESIS STATEMENT

A thesis is an idea put forward for the consideration and it tells the examiner what you feel about the whole essay.( Agree or Disagree), In simple words, this is the statement where you mention, are you agree with statement or disagree with statement. Thesis statement is written after the paraphrasing of the sample question in introduction part.

Sample question: In some countries, an increasing number of people are suffering from health problems as a result of eating too much fast food. It is therefore necessary for the government to impose a higher tax on this kind  of  food . To what extent do you agree and disagree. Support  your essay with examples from your knowledge or experience.

Sample answer:   (Paraphrased statement)It is argued that government should levy a tariff on junk food because the number of health risks associated with consuming this kind of food is on the rise. (Thesis statement) It is Agreed that a higher rate of tax should be paid by the fast food companies.

OUTLINE STATEMENT

In outline statement we will tell the examiner that what we will discuss in the main body Paragraph in one line. This is written after thesis statement

Like:

(Paraphrased statement) It is argued that government should levy a tariff on junk food because the number of health risks associated with consuming this kind of food is on the rise. (Thesis statement) It is Agreed that a higher rate of tax should be paid by the fast food companies.(Outline statement) Firstly, this essay will discuss the fact that alcohol and tobacco already pay higher taxes and secondly, discuss how higher taxes would raise prices and lower consumption followed by a reasoned conclusion.

NOTE : Thesis statement is must but outline statement is totally upto student because in some samples it makes the introduction too long.
