How to write perfect EXAPMLE in IELTS TASK 2 ?

Mentioning the EXAMPLE in Task 2 is highly important. It makes the argument strong and impressive. Well, sometimes students confuse about the right way to mention the example which makes the argument weak and candidate cannot get required score. So here are some ways to write the example:

1) To give the example of realistic facts.

You need to give the relevant example which suits the argument according to your own General knowledge. It totally depends on you but it must include some events, historical facts, facts related  to famous personality. Like you want to give the example of rich personality who do not posses any qualified degrees, so you can mention.
*Henry ford, the Founder of Ford Automobiles didn't go to college or school ever.
*Dhiru Bhai Ambani is also the prime example , who do not have degree but established a large Reliance Empire

Likewise, if you want to give the argument in favour of those persons who are gained name and fame in the field of arts, philosophy and poetry, so you can give the example like:-

 * Rabindra Nath Tagore gained alot of popularity all over the world by writing the NATIONAL ANTHEM of two nations i.e INDIA and BANGLADESH

2) Make Artificial Examples.

Method no.1:   A NEWSPAPER REPORT

INSTANCE:- THE NEW YORK TIMES, reported in MARCH 2015 that the violent crimes committed by under 15 years old such as Murder and Rape, were linked with playing violent video games.

Method no.2: THE UNIVERSITY STUDY

INSTANCE:- A recent study by QUEEN'S UNIVERSITY  found that regularly using smart phones or  tablets increased the literacy rate by 30%.

Method no.3: USING A PERSONAL OPINION

INSTANCE: In my CITY, Chandigarh, the authorities have, installed CCTV Cameras at the parking areas to avoid any kind of theft.

#So, pick any organisation name, city name, or newspaper name to make your example.
#While giving example make sure that your example is not so general it needs to be specific one. That it must include data, time or percentage.

 LIKE:-
Most women in my university did better than men
(this is bad example as it is too general)

* At Queen's University in 2009, 32% of female Law graduates achieved first class honours , while only 8% of males achieved the same.
(this is good example as it is very specific)
Some Newspaper names                                                           Country

THE HINDU                                                                            INDIA
THE HINDUSTAN TIMES                                                    INDIA
THE DAILY MAIL                                                                 U.K
THE NEW YORK TIMES                                                     U.S.A
